Delair© Etsiline Wave Guide Dryer / Pressurizer

Why delair® Etsiline pressurizers ?

Humidity, the critical issue
In theory wave guides and cables are airtight, however practice shows humidity leakage occurs shortly after installation. Temperature fluctuations and wind speeds cause pressure differences between the inside and outside of the system so that wet air enters the system.

In addition, antenna-windows and connections are not completely water vapour tight as water vapour can diffuse through these areas.

The delair® Etsiline pressurizer guarantees an optimum removal of water vapour. This results in a reduced risk of corrosion and arcing and keeps the transmission performance at maximum efficiency. The benefit: Low maintenance costs with optimum service to users.

Flexible arrangement

Delair® Etsiline pressurizers are suitable for :

  • Wall-
  • Floor-
  • ETSI-
  • and 19”-rack mounting.

The Etsiline pressurizers are equipped with a 6 valve manifold, each provided with a shut-off valve.

  • Plug and Play
Connecting the outlet air connection and connecting the pressurizer to mains is sufficient to start the operation. A dew point indicator shows if the dew point is within acceptable limits

    Low noise and vibration
All Etsiline desiccant pressurizer have an optimal sized and balanced low pressure compressor, resulting in low levels of vibration and noise.

    High reliability
Reliability and long life are assured through the use of high quality components. These components need little or no maintenance resulting in low maintenance cotsts.

    Digital control and read-out
The microprocessor controlled printed circuit board ensures an optimal performance. A digital read-out gives a continuous and clear status of the process, working pressure and running hours.

Low power consumption and high efficiency
Optimal selection of components in combination with efficient low pressure air compressors results in low power consumption and high efficiency.
