In order to be able to guarantee the optimal functioning of the DELAIR® dryers, effective maintenance is very important. After all, a breakdown always comes unexpected and causes high production costs. Of course DELAIR® is willing to help you, and your customers, with this maintenance. Spares We can make a complete maintenance analysis for your compressed air treatment system, on which basis our Spare Parts department can advise you which critical parts should be at hand for commissioning, 1 year or 2 years maintenance. By keeping these parts on stock you can maintain your dryer effectively. Total Care / Performance guarantee The standard Delair® guarantee conditions can be upgraded to a full performance guarantee when the Delair® equipment is maintained under a Delair® total care contract. Delair® will take full responsibility for the performance of the Delair® equipment within the agreed design parameters. Delair's® total care contract includes amongst others preventative maintenance, periodic exchange of consumables when necessary and advice on energy consumption. All you have to do, is inform us with the serial number and/or reference number of your DELAIR® dryer, and we can submit you an extensive maintenance proposal. With this maintenance proposal, the correct maintenance can be performed and your DELAIR® dryers will stay in optimum condition!
